Damnit. I just accidently deleted all of the work i’ve been doing. I got it working and now I have NO trace of any of it.

I have to rewrite the shit by hand this weekend again.

Maybe it’s not worth it, nobody gives a
shit anyway.

I did it! Got the livejournal hax0r to work. I didn’t think i’d be able to pull it off this week, but it works. Just gotta get the formatting of each post to work, right now it has no line breaks. I also want to allow the embedding of IMG and HREF tags, but right now I’m happy with what we have.

This will be one neat site some day. We’ll see though.

BTW last night on 3rd shift tonight. The countdown is on.

Family Guy!

Well, after going to Borders this morning to try to pick up a copy of the 4 DVD Season 1 & 2 set of Family Guy and finding they were sold out, I went to Gurnee and found they have it there. So i’m sitting at work now and watching some episodes of the wonderful show in order to keep me awake.

Man this show is funny.

I think every day i’m sleeping less due to the whole 3rd shift thing. Tonight, and tomorrow night… and that’s it. I’m trying to hang in there.

I swear there’s stuff that was never aired on TV that’s on the DVD. They did take out the Bin Laden joke, however.

Oh well, back to work.

I’m tired : Over half way through the night. That’s good anyway.

Just making some more tweaks to the cabin journaling system. Nothing huge. Just way too tired to do the things I want to do. The other day when I was awake I couldn’t get the LJCHOMG to work the new way that I wanted to. I should start fresh, it’s a mess.

On a good note bob got me the header today, so now we see the some pretty colours and graphics.

Hey all. I’m officialy making the first real journal post to the new the-cabin.com site. In fact, the interface and the site isn’t even done. But there is enough of the journaling done that I can throw my UID in there and get a post out :)

It’s 1:30am my time, and i’m working 3rd shift this week at Nuveen. The regular guy is taking time off, so i’m jumping in. I feel better than I thought I would at this point… thanks to Mr. coffee.

I think i’ll continue to update my new journal here as time goes on. I’ll be the-cabin.com test subject.

I’ll post about the whole job outlook thing later.
