Only “Podsafe Music” on Curry’s Daily Source Code

So Adam Curry has made the choice to only play “podsafe” (a term he coined) music from the Podsafe Music Network (a website he had a large hand in creating) from now on. Notice he didn’t say garageband.com, or creativecommons.org as sources of music. No, just artists who sign up to his own Podsafe Music Network.

It’s because he’s being “promised” to take him down by European music rights holders. He’s probably never been so happy to be threatened in his life. Now he has the excuse to yell from the mountain tops “Only use PodShow content! It’s the only legal way to do it!”
