I hate bloggers.

I hate bloggers. Every time I listen to a podcast that has one featured, or read something written by one, i’m disgusted. I listened to the Chris Porillo show this morning on the way to work. On the show they profiled the recent “BlogHer” all female blogger conference. This is when the shit started to fly out of my iPod.

People discussing how what they do is “change”, and “revolution”. Give me a break. They think everything they talk about somehow means a lot more than it really does. Then to really drive the steak into thier point, they have conferences where they can talk in person with each other about how they want more people to link to them.

I hate bloggers, I really do.

See, there’s a difference between what we have here on the cabin journal and what most blogs are. We don’t care what you think, and we’re just talking about our own lives. We don’t care to discuss anything global, or really anything bigger than a few people sitting in a channel. We don’t think you care. And we don’t care that you don’t.

In fact, nobody is going to read this. And that’s a good thing. Go do something better.
